While I cringe I the thought of OSHA being all over Fox News......I chuckle that their "toxic employees" come from the staffs of O'Demagogue and Geraldo. That was so easily predicted.
I don't believe Fox owns the building do they? They might have standing in a class action suit with everyone in the building against the building owner but not the employer.
We had that out here were the building was contaminated but in the end, only the company owners got any money the employee got nothing.
I think some anti-fox folks got a job and are trying to make an issue.
Geraldo's nothing, just a pompous gasbag. Remember the Iranian prez at the UN? By his own account, he "changed the atmosphere" and paralyzed everyone in a large hall for half an hour - no one could even blink. That's a really deadly fart for you!

The studios contaminated by mold were used by Bill O'Reilly and Geraldo "Draws Maps in the Sand" Rivera. That figures.
There is something real to this. Believe me...Some people develop these symtoms if exposed to a lot of chemicals for a long time. I get these symptoms when I am exposed to strong perfumes and colones. Just be glad if you are not one of those who gets really sick When exposed to some things in the work place. I had a job where the ventalation was terrible and 90% of the employees tried to out do each other with Perfumes and colones. You could follow their trail- even outside because they used so much. I was sick all of the time from it and finaly had to leave the Job. The employer did not care.
There are increasing rates of asthma and of many autoimmune diseases, especially in children. I can't see how they can lay the blame on Fox for what has been occurring for at least a decade.
Autoimmune diseases, including asthma, have a genetic predisposition and those suffering them shouldn't be confused with those ill with AIDs.
