Well, this is all I could find:
Wayne Madsen is a Washington, DC-based investigative journalist and columnist. He served in the National Security Agency (NSA) during the Reagan administration and wrote the introduction to Forbidden Truth. He is the co-author, with John Stanton, of "America's Nightmare: The Presidency of George Bush II." His forthcoming book is titled: "Jaded Tasks: Big Oil, Black Ops, and Brass Plates."
Madsen can be reached at: WMadsen777@aol.com
Who is it?

I have to tell you that the realization that NSA actually hired a guy who LOOKS like this scares the every living hell out of me.

Judge Rules La. Cant Change Primary Date
http://www.leadingthecharge.com/stories/news-00129212.html
(snip)
A federal judge ruled Monday that Louisiana lawmakers attempt to move the states congressional primary elections up to October was unconstitutional.
At issue is Louisianas unique "open primary" system of elections in which all candidates run in one election regardless of party affiliation. It is possible for a candidate to win outright in the primary election if that candidate receives more than half of the votes.

Think Bill Burkett, Mary Mapes, Ben Barnes and the like. Madsen fits right in there.

Reason to believe v. probable cause. Semantics at best, and accepted in day to day life that the two are equal, but you won't hear the MSM admit it.
Example: If a cop smells pot in your car, he has reason to believe you have been smoking it and therefore has probable cause to search your car WITHOUT A WARRANT.

I finally found some quiet time to listen/watch Gen Hayden's speech and Q&A. (My grandsons had homework time...)
He is so good, and the questioners were mostly sooooo bad.
