Could you imagine Billy Graham offering a "truce" with Satan???
Did anyone else see the CIA guy on Bill Oh,Really?'s show last night. He was doing everything possible to make it seem that the US is losing the war against OBL, even the OBL's "truce" is somehow an Islamic honor thing that is more evidence that he really is about to attack us. Very annoying.

Sure, if you want to spend the rest of your life hopping around to a new cave every 2 days, dodging tomahawks and apache helo's.
Perhaps he should have thought about a truce before he attacked U.S. civilians on U.S. soil.

Heard an intelligence analyst on radio today, not O'Reilly. He said that it is an Islamic custom to offer a truce before attacking. Really only pro forma, not anything sincere, not that anyone at FR would think it was sincere.
In addition, bin Ladin has offered a truce on several occasions in the past and that has been followed in about a year with some major attack. I guess late next fall to winter will be watch and worry time. Oh, yes, the elections are in November!!
Just let them win the house and/or senate this year and the White House in '08 and see how fast they pander to their base and surrender. Can't we all just get along?
