Keep a close eye on the mercury level in fish too, it can cause serious mental problems in humans.

I would not advise eating fish but taking the supplements for that reason. Good point blam.

Fish has also been helpful for pregnant women dealing with depression, which is interesting. It makes happy mothers too.

Hey if it's clean then great. Otherwise, most water in the US is polluted. I don't eat fish myself but I do eat seaweed and use DHA oil.

Yeah--actually its a very good point. I was told to avoid certain fishes because of the possible mercury content.
Instead, I ate a lot of Wendy's Bacon Cheeseburgers and Greek food.
They, too, seem to produce a bright, sociable baby as well--if my daughter is to be any indication.

So....the question is WHAT brand of DHA oil do you use....THAT matters, too. (I only use Carlson's or Nordic Naturals.)

Hopefully with much of the skin still intact. Some people don't like the skin but if you are eating for health, the skin is the 'best part'.

No, the Greek food seemed to make her grow about three pounds each time I ate it. The baclava, especially! ;-)
