Not holding my breath.

how I live with not being able to pay attentionROFL ................... if only no one at all payed attention to him. I know he only has about 300,000 viewers, but that's 300,000 too many.

Great post Howlin. You've prompted me to send an email to hardball. I tried to be nice :o) Chris M. stepped on the truth this time and needs to set the record straight.

I liked the comment below:
Typical liberal..... Lie and then mock someone for not believing your lie. You gotta love it! Go MSNBC! You are really killing everyone with those ratings! Great Job!
Matthews was talking to Ed Rogers (I believe)....
"what do you make of this godliness on the part of political figures ........... And now the first lady ................has jumped into the thing and she's talking for God now."
When Rogers said he wasn't sure of Ms. Bush saying this God stuff (I paraphrase), Matthews ridiculed him for hiding behind ignorance!
Chris Matthews needs his *ss kicked.

It's because the "journalists" are either careless in how they characterize what others say and do (the most generous interpretation of what Matthews did)..... very generous. I think the rat knew he was lying right through his spitting teeth.
Keep in mind this is the same guy who willfully and very unchivalrously bullied Michelle Malkin. If I were her brother ................

Maybe I'm slow, but it occurred to me that the news media, harps on the mistakes of the military and intelligence community for getting things wrong, yet they need to look at themselves too. How many stories have they really messed up: Katrina, Fitzgerald report, etc.

The original post was Thursday, 1/19 in the afternoon and began with "On last night's Hardball". That would mean that the transcript is from the Wednesday, 1/18 show. I'd think if he was going to correct it, it would have been last night.
I'm not holding my breath, though.

Sorry, you're wasting your breath. Matthews has a 'hard heart' and is not likely to repent, unfortunately. Far better that you systematically contact the program's advertisers and mention that their continued sponsoring of such evil liars will result in you and your family and friends ending patronage of their products. THAT -- and prayer -- are what will make changes in media coverage.

A minister here in WA state is after the supporters of a civil rights bill for gays. Those sponsors are Microsoft, Nike and Boeing. Now, I don't have a problem with boycotting Microsoft and Nike but, big ticket items like Boeing jets is going to be a problem.

Matthews is a sh_t-heel. He's a two-bit, DNC has-been... a 'clean-up-on-aisle-five' for Democrat, spilt milk.
I can't see how his 'guests' sit still while he distorts reality and spits all over them.
