I would hope her Senate opponent can put together one TV commercial with this gaffe, the Ghandi gas-station comment, the "Bush knew" on the Senate floor and build a visceral case that she's been an embarrassment to the State of NY.

A second commercial would show the continuing decline in upstate jobs juxtaposed with her trips to New Orleans and damn near every other state in the union. That would demonstrate how she's focusing on the Presidency and neglecting her job as NY Senator.

Headline News reported what Hillary said about the plantation, but then they IMMEDIATELY reported on remarks that Gingrich made in the 90's where he used the word 'plantation'in reference to dems.

Before Hillary's outburst, I had listened to a radio talk show (forgot the name)where those calling in were from the black community, as requested, on financial responsibility and a mix of politics.

An older African American woman called and spoke of her siblings on welfare for many years. She had married at 19 and had been with her husband for 40 years. They had gone back to school in those early years and had chosen a different path then many around her-family in particular, she pointed out. They had been successful in a business they now owned.

Now how does this relate to the Plantation remark? This female caller specifically said in her message to all those listening that you cannot "depend on the State" to take care of you nor can you "depend on the company where you work" to take care of you. That the black community needs to get "off the plantation" where the Democrats, Liberals whatever name tag you wish to give, have kept so many for so long.

Then Hillary is aired a few hours later with the Plantation comment which leads me to believe this caller had sparked Hillary's comment. The show was mainly financial in content; but of course, you cannot have one without the other-politics.

Therefore, I had been in discussion with others shortly after the show over this callers comments on the Plantation attitude, before Hillary pushed the term Plantation to the forefront. I believe this very caller must have been surprised to see her words "twisted" when hearing them come from the mouth of Hillary Clinton.

What this caller pointed out, as well, was that the "family" was very important in agreement with Bill Cosby. She was very eloquent (much more so then Hillary ) and the host considered it a great call! Others called in from the black community in full agreement.

This woman called it as she lived and witness to the welfare system ..Hillary a few hours later seem to steal the referenced Plantation comment; and/or we know twisted and distorted, (STD)receiving the liberal media's kudos for it. I would give anything to hear this woman's reply to Hillary on a Fox News broadcast or other News media outlet.

Maybe if she offends enough people, We won't have her as a Senator or a Pres. candidate. We can only hope!
