LOL. OK. I'll give you that. Once per decade the Enquirer actually scoops the MSM. Not what I'd call a strong endorsement if you have to go back 10 years to find something they got right.
NE has been sued so often that when they come up with a story like this, its almost a guarantee that its largely true. Carol Burnett hammered the NE for millions, and there was one other case. Since then, they've been bang on the dot.
I'd trust the NE much sooner than the NYT or LAT. That's for sure.
This is HUGE! Talk radio here in Boston has covered it and most of us believe it is true!

Wasn't it mainly gays who used poppers? For years it was impossible to find a first aid kit that was intact. The poppers were even being stolen out of the kits in new cars before the cars were even sold.
Re Teddy - FWIW the rumor around the Cape Cod bar scene was that Teddy used ruffies to nail his targets. A number of women claimed they were sure something had been put in their drink and they passed out, only to awaken...yuck.
