So.
Push him down a flight of stairs, then.
That seems to be a common form of liquidation for the elderly.

If he is old and sick then we can just call it euthanasia. That should satisfy the libs.

Besides, he didn't write any children's books ......

This undated photo provided by the California Department of Corrections shows Clarence Ray Allen. The California Supreme Court Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2006, refused to block the scheduled Jan. 17 execution of Allen after the inmate claimed the punishment would be cruel and unusual because of his age and health problems. If he said "I'm too young and healthy to live", he'd be strapped to his cot on suicide watch.

He would be getting better treatment than Terri Schiavo did. Would he prefer starvation and dehydration.

So that's the liberals strategy......keep drawing out the appeals process untill everone on death row is too old and sick to execute.

It would be ironic if there were two cases before the Supreme Court simultaneously...

1) Anti-Death Penalty - "Can't execute me, I'm too old and sickly" and
2) Pro-Euthenasia - "I need to be executed, I'm too old and sickly"...

Why would he be resuscitated?!?! I would think common sense, or at least taxpayers could demand mandatory DNR's for inmates.. at least the ones on death row.
