Whoohooo! More marital follies!
But, "it's not against the law to tear up your own vehicle"--at least in Indiana.

I wonder if the "12 inch adjustable wrench" was a Craftsman ;)

Nope, just don't make an insurance claim against it and you can do anything you want to it.

She was grabbing for a broomstick when Barton stopped her, he said. No doubt preplanned for her escape.

Police said Debbie, weighing in at 98 pounds, emerged from her vehicle wielding a wrench. She shattered the cars taillight then whacked Edward in the stomach when he got out WWWF on tour?

Interesting: Assault with a deadly weapon constitutes "doing well"?
You've revealed a lot about yourself.
All of it bad.

To: Tennessee_Bob
It could have been a 304.8 millimeter adjustable wrench too.

Interesting: Assault with a deadly weapon constitutes "doing well"? From the article;
Police said Debbie, weighing in at 98 pounds
If he wasn't enough a man to take a wrench from a tiny woman and slap her stupid rear too the ground where she belonged, he deserves what she gives him.
-----------------------------------
She was not even in trouble with the law until she ran from custody-
Police Lt. Harvey Barton said, adding, Its not against the law to tear up your own vehicle.
-----------------------------------
Even though she did, she'll probably skate on the escaping custody charge:
In regards to her fleeing the squad car, Crawfordsville Police Chief Kurt Knecht said, Ill review the facts once all the officers reports are finalized to determine whether proper procedures were followed.
(The cops screwed up...police procedure says you MUST secure the prisoner BEFORE you walk away from the vehicle.)
-----------------------------------
Now all she's got to worry about is the judge......and he/she will probably say
"You couldn't take a wrench away from a 98 pound woman? "
So, maybe she's not in that much trouble after all!

So you're justifying aggravated assault, because she's smaller?

She may be 98lbs, but when you are a man in modern day USA, you know that the full violent force of the fedgov will come down on your head if you "slap her rear".
Its cute and quaint to ridicule men when this happens, but men on the receiving end of the full brute force of government retaliation (brought to you by your friendly feminazis) don't think anything is "cute" about it.
