Just got back from practice. I started back in Oct. of 04 after 30 years. The hardest part is just getting back in and beginning. Begin slow and easy, but stick with it for a couple of weeks and the transition back to competitive swimming is a breeze. Having someone else to swim with is also a big help.
He's training to become Master of his Domain.
