I'll take a 'stab' and hope the rubber meets the road in the jury box and the defendants case 'blows' up in their face. The prosecution can hit their groove, tread on their opponents, and make it a GoodYear.

From the tone of the article, it appears to be one of those 'isolated incidents' , with circumstantial evidence against several fine young men who were probably only kidding and shouldn't even be there, and why do those pesky "partisans" have to come to our fine city and start stirring things up? No bias there!!!/s

I sure hope the D.A. doesn't "change gears" and get this trial in the "reverse" mode, but rather "drives" thru the defenses' "transmission" of information claiming complete innocence of the perps. The possibilities of a "blow out" of the jury by having Jesse testify is their lame attempt to pour "oil" on troubled waters, and get the trial "running smooth", and to "filter" out the D.A.'s "charge". I hope they throw away the "lock and key" for these scumbags, and don't just let them "hit and run". (please forgive my puns here, but I couldn't "resister."
