I agree. I think he/she is simply trying to put their spin on this illegal leak before the Justice Department can complete it's investigation. I guess this means James Risen won't go to jail like Judy Miller did.

if it's Tice, I think he's just a sacrificial lamb to protect J.Rockefeller...then the dems will call off all other investigations saying there's no other leakers...
