I would choose a more compassionate approach: 1. Conduct an armed sweep of the entire area, relocate non-combatants to ships anchored offshore 2. Eliminate the militants remaining in Gaza with aerial attacks and artillery. 3 Sink the ships.
Gaza's position along the coast makes it a perfect spot for naval gunnery practice. Since we can use that island off Peurto Rico anymore, i'd like to see us use Gaza. After all, the people that live there are used to seeing things blow up around them already, they probably wouldn't even notice till it was too late.
