We take one step forward and two step back. It is working so well now!
We're reigning in government with such progress and energy since the Republicans seized control of the purse strings in 1994. We've made progress on some fronts I'll admit. I just hope GW has what it takes to end social security and get a flatter tax in place.
Who said I wanted a revolution? I just want a constitutional government and don't see much hope of that ever happening unless there is a major worldwide cataclysmic event that drives us to it.
My efforts have been to educate and push in the socialists face's the fact that socialism sucks. It sucks until you are dead. After your dead it sucks what you have created. So it doesn't even stop when you die.

lol! yeah! it was perfect reading. first i read a 15 page mark steyn piece on demographics, then got into this piece...but i had to go back to work. gotta read something on the damn exercise machine, and i cant stand stupid time and newsweek. its still in my gym bag! i'm gonna finish it tomorrow. what a bunch of slimeballs!

1. The article looked at Abramoff and Scanlon's connections to organized crime and gambling. It had nothing to do with Democrats.
2. Matt Continetti is a conservative, but not a party hack. I knew him as an undergrad at Columbia. He wrote conservative articles for the Columbia Daily Spectator, but, on principle, refused to join the College Republican, or the Columbia College Conservative Club. (I founded C4)

Amazing how gung ho "Conservatives" are to shoot at what is supposedly their own side. I wonder, since the WHOLE thing is being spun as a "GOP" scandal with people like Nancy Pelosie (who took Abrahmoff money) being out in the fore front for the Democrat's on PR, would it NOT be a scoop for someone to REPORT on the extensive Democrat ties? I am always amazed on how Herd like our "Objective Journalists" are in following the same story in exactly the same way the AP presents it to them.
