Well, I think McCloy will live and come back enough that he won't be let to die. I honestly don't think his wife would do that to him, she seems like an honest loving gal. However, I don't trust medicare either so we need to watch for this one.
I hope people are donating to his care and helping provide for his family in this crisis.
EXCLUSIVE - Lawyer: Schiavo-Centonze Wedding May Have Violated Canon Law

Back in the devil's triangle, local le is shadowing Terri supporters and staking out their homes and businesses. If Terri's death was completely above board and legal, why are Terri supporters being subjected to surveillance?
I urge freepers, lurkers and media to visit the Impeach Judge Greer Petitions on line not to sign it but to read point by point the charges against Judge Greer and also some PERSONAL ACCOUNTS OF LOVED ONES FORCING HOSPICE TO RELEASE THEIR RELATIVE TO THEM. Hospice did not want to forfeit persons to their loved ones because the patients were already on the starve/dehydrate protocol and the heavy drugs were kicking in. Why stop a beautiful death (murder?) In other words, people who are not terminal end up in a hospice. WHY? major politics and sub-corporations hiding beneath the non-profit banner.
The loved ones say on the Impeach Greer Petitions that they escaped from Pinellas Cty with their parent. An escape from certain death ordered by J. Greer.

Would you say that we're on the Road to Surfdom?
Michelle Malkin is showing the same ironies we have found so apparent, and is using them to great effect.

It is not surfeit
Spot on!!
America's culture of death is being exposed and the rebirth of empathy for our fellow man is underway.
I especially like what was said at the end about the phrase "quality of life". It always raises a red flag for me.
I've been pondering whether the Sacrament of Late Term Abortion mightn't be modified just a weensy bit to resolve the legal problems here. Admittedly, an abortion in the 124th Trimester is unusual, but I'd be willing to explore whether Roe v. Wade overrules laws against cruelty to animals, laws against murder, and all that sort of stuff. The issue is reproductive freedom (the guy's, not the mother's.)
Is this sufficiently self-evident sarcasm, or need I post a warning?
Bad boy! Forfeit your surfeit license and go to your room.

Some of the jpegs on him are outrageous.

What TROLLS don't want you to know...
Greers most notable accomplishment, during his first six year term as judge, was to cause needlessly a loss of a life, due to his negligence. During 1998, an estranged wife who presented evidence of her husbands physical threats to do her great physical harm, sought an injunction to keep him away from her. Greer denied her request for injunction, claiming he was following the law. Days later, the husband stabbed the wife to death, and her co-workers picketed Greer outside the courthouse. Despite this disgraceful failure, voters re-elected Greer to another six year term, from 1998-2004 (St. Pete Times, 3/18/05).
After Greer swore to follow the law during his second judicial term, he began challenging hallowed judicial canons with impunity. Greer had to have help on challenging these canons, and Second District Court of Appeal Chief Judge Chris W. Altenbernd, a Muscatine, Iowa native who moved to Florida after Harvard Law School, (and who was appointed to the court by former Governor Bob Martinez twelve years ago) ratified Greers misdeeds.
