No, but I'm sure the Capital Research Center does.

Did anyone see the
ex-ACLU lawyer on Fox yesterday? He was great! He looked like your average guy, about 60 to 65, wearing a VFW cap with all the badges/medals on it. He gave specific insight into the practices of the ACLU. The Civil Liberties Act gave them the ability to recoup all of their attorneys fees in a civil rights case. This was done so that anyone who felt their civil liberties had been violated would not be stymied from prosecuting for lack of funds to hire an attorney. At the end of a trial, the ACLU simply petitions the judge to award them payment of all fees and the judge does so under the "entitlement clause". So, guess who is paying all of their attorneys fees - you and me. We are paying to sue the Boy Scouts, to sue for removal of State Trooper memorial crosses in California, to sue for the removal of the Ten Commandments, nativity scenes, etc. from public buildings. U.S. taxpayers are footing the bill in lawsuits seeking to rid the Pledge of Allegiance of any reference to God. An on and on and on.
All they have to do is sit around their board room and think up civil rights suits. They will collect attorneys fees for those suits whether they hold water or not. Easy money.
Anyway, back to the man on Fox. He is spearheading an effort to get Congress to pass legislation that allow them to reign in the abuses of the ACLU. We will never be able to stop funding them completely, but we might cut millions from their annual take. Did anyone see this and get the name of the organisztion?

Very interesting. Maybe the FoxNews website has his name. Which show was he on?

He was on FOX at 10:30 Thursday morning. My sister just told me that he was on Hannity and Colmes last night and both of the hosts were in agreement. That doesn't happen very often. I found this link that tells about the man and his campaign.

I hope this takes off and we can get something done about those Ba%*#rds
