Maybe Charlie will clear his voice before he makes excuses this time. For that reason it is very difficult for me to listen to Rangel and Henry Kissinger, plus Kessinger talks so slowly and deliberately he wears me out waiting for him to get to his point.

Not just Reid! It was the whole RAT would-be junta! Poor, old Squint -- I don't think the old coot is getting enough blood and/or oxygen to his brain!
