$2 Billion (sorry, not $3 billion) was the bond set by Judge Criss AFTER the acquittal. She did all she could to keep him in jail.

(snip) However, Criss said this case is like none other and that her main concerns are risk of flight and the safety of the community.

They have a long story about Durst.
