And what is your recourse when life tenured federal judges make illegal decrees in violation of the constitution? Can't overturn that result with an election - you are stuck. Sorry, I'll take the out of control executive or legislature over the out of control, unaccountable, judiciary any day.

But since you brought it up: There's only the theory of evolution. "Darwinism" is a creationist term used as a derisive synonym for same, and just because you've invented some exciting, top-secret new definition of the term to differentiate it doesn't mean anyone on either side of the debate cares.

My Lord.  Even someone with a highschool level biology background knows that's not true.  Darwinists believe that all living organisms have a common ancestor.  All evolution states is that organisms change (or "evolve") over time.

You Darwinists have all sorts of unproveable beliefs, like we all came from an ameboa, that one species somehow becomes another, or amino acids just magically combined.  There's no proof, so you get indignant when it's pointed out.
