That sounds like a good tactic. When the coalition troops discover a weapons cache they should rig the IED's so they explode prematurely. The terrorists will be afraid to handle their IED's after a few go off.

One terrorist was killed and another severely injured when the improvised explosive device they were attempting to emplace detonated prematurely. The incident occurred Dec. 19, near the city of Tikrit. I love it when that happens. ;-)
