Yours is the fifth or sixth reply that I received from residents of other states saying they used the same system. So perhaps I was wrong and that method of voting is spreading. It certainly is simple and I suspect a lot cheaper than any touch screen voting system.
Actually, they love paper ballots. Dems have mastered rigging elections with those.
