Listening to Rush on WABC Radio...
Top of the hour (12:00 noon) report still has Senator Carl Levin (D-MI) ranting that there is nothing in the Constitution that allows president ot wiretap Americans.....
I guess he didn't listen to the President last night and today.
Levin, bring it on! Keep digging a bigger hole. The "citizens" are Al Qaeda supporters, with names like Mohammad, Achmed, Osama, and Saddam. But I guess Levin makes sense to the folks of the Arabic/Muslim Detroit area suburbs.
It always amazes me how far ABC News will go to slam Bush even in 30 second sound bites...
After the Levin presser....they went to a taped presser with Kerry from earlier today talking about ANWR...and such...
I guess the dems don't want their remarks to be on the Senate record by speaking on the floor...they go to their best friends the media...to spread their garbage...
The whole presser with Levin, Feingold and Reed was a hoot...even the press asked THEM some hard questions like...
IF this was all so illegal, then why didn't Rockefeller or other dems that knew about the taps say something????
LOL
Thanks for that link.
I do have a bigger question.. If these dimwits (I'm being nice here) don't know what the heck is going on, then why are we paying them a salary???
Better be careful what you ask or suggest. Some at ABC might just want to kiss your rear end.
I was surprised a reporter asked that one
Nailed them
That's what I heard too
Gotta run folks. Inspector-12 (affectionate nickname for my dear 87y/o Mother) just called and needs to go to the store.
BBL, maybe.
Yikes! Is that who she was undercover..Victoria??? No wonder why she kept it a Secret???.. sheesh, she should have kept it to herself..
LOL!
Go John Cornyn!
Peter Baker with the Washington Post:
"Is there going to be a permanent expansion of unchecked power?" Bush: You're not listening to what I'm telling you...you are ascribing some kind of dictatorial power to the president, which I reject
My ultra brilliant, most often silent Honey said, "you want proof the democrats are playing politics with our national security?" It's obvious!!
The Democrats want the president investigated, but they have not asked for an investigation into who leaked these NSA leaks to James Risen and The New York Times.
"Peter Baker with the Washington Post:
"Is there going to be a permanent expansion of unchecked power?" Bush: You're not listening to what I'm telling you...you are ascribing some kind of dictatorial power to the president, which I reject"
I think I love you.
Good for him!
Nice to be loved!
Michelle Malkin highlighted Mr. Baker's comments on her site.
"On fire" bttt !!
