What law was it that they made?

The stench from north of the skyway bridge blankets us on cold days. Scientology's moral inversions infect cities such as Sarasota that cling to foolish notions of sophistication.

You are a wordsmith, sir!

Florida is an enigma to me. I believe, or at least I wish to believe, and I have heard, that Jeb Bush is a good man. I realize that Florida's "moral inversions" predate his administration by generations. Is he blind to them, or has he chosen to "go along to get along?"

One interesting development. I worked on the W campaign in Pinellas last year. Pinellas voted Republican for the first time in (I think) 16 years. Perhaps things are changing in that moral wasteland.

God forbid we should try and save an innocent life.

So much intolerance so little time. I think Liberalism is a mental disease – it perverts the mind to the point of destroying it.

Ahh-haa!

That would explain Teddy Kennedy, Algore, John Kerry, Joe Biden, Bill and Hill, etc.etc.etc....

You said the operative word, Victoria. Perverts.

No other way to explain uncontrolled liberalism.

Thank you for your encouragement.
A very good friend is running for the Congress as a Republican from Pinellas. Curiously he is not sympathetic to Republican causes. I peg him as a conspiracy enthusiast, anti-Bush, libertarian and sometimes Marxist. He probably will win the contest and bring even more strange and bizarre politics to DC.
I can't wait.

"The writer of this fairy tale misses one important point -there is a difference between permitting death and procuring death. Terri was not allowed to die -she was murdered -starved and dehydrated to death..."

My exacts thoughts when I read the *let her die* quote from the article. Terri was FORCED to die, just exactly like you stated. The original polls were total BS.

I'll always respect and admire Delay for what he did. The attacks against Delay by Demo hacks and the MSM, are a direct result of his stand for Terri's life, imho.

May God have mercy on our country.

"What law was it that they made?"

It was passed by the State of Florida legislature and was called *Terri's Law*. The very liberal Florida Supreme Court, over-turned it.

Well, what was in the law that was contentious or somehow considered to be at odds with the Florida State constitution? In other words, what reason did the Florida State Supreme Court give for striking the law down?

The following web address helped me to understand the dilemma. You may have already seen this but if you have not, it's worth a look.
