Dems are not giving a plan because in 2006 when the troops are coming home victorious and Iraq's fledgling democracy is on course and the Al Queda cancer crushed, they will jump up and say "me too" and try to take credit.

The real reason they don't have a plan is that they have put themselves into a no win situation on Iraq.
After 18 months of catterwalling about Quagmires, defeat and pull outs, the very same things they have been demanding are coming to pass in spite of them
The only question I have is how they will try to take credit for it after saying for 3 years that it cannot be done.
Predictably, the MS will carry their water yet again and somehow the Dems will try to declare that if it wasn't for their "asking questions" none of it would have happened.
It is up to US to constantly remind these Clymers that had we listened to them NONE OF IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED.
