Why hire an 18 year old part time college student to flip burgers when I can get Maria, who is here illegally and has two kids to feed, and will scrub the floor with tooth brush if I tell her to? She's not gonna rock the boat,

Actually, you answered your own question. Why hire an 18 year old part time college student to flip burgers when I can get Maria, who is here illegally and has two kids to feed, and will scrub the floor with tooth brush if I tell her to? She's not gonna rock the boat, And furthermore, the college kid will "call in sick" whenever he wants to go party with his buds.

I was a rhetorical question, duh. Maria is a de facto slave because of her illegal presence. She should be arrested, charged with a felony, and deported. The de facto slave "owners" running the burger joint should be punished with criminal and civil sanctions.
