I just hope the doll doesn't have blonde hair and blue eyes.

doll named Fulla, with a different look and a more modest wardrobe,
...
Fulla is hard to find here in the U.S. Ebay is probably the only place you can get her, where she goes for $40 to $60. I can't tell what the different "look" is, but many people can sew dolls clothes to cover up or just personalize regular American dolls. In fact, just a small scrap of cloth might work well enough to represent the muslim headcoverings. $40 seems steep for this type of doll that can probably be made in China for under a dollar.

Where's the strap-on bomb pack? And where is the burqa?

I kind of feel special to have a Fulla doll because it's kind of like me, one student said. Strange that she needs a doll to look like her. If she's old enough to be like these dolls (in appearance), isn't she too old to play with them? It sounds really shallow that she thinks the clothes represent the doll. Girls who play with Barbie dolls typically don't dress like or even look like Barbie, yet they are happy just to play with the dolls.

Does she say "Durka Durka Durka, Mohammed Jihad!" when you pull the string in the back?
