I ended my business with American Express in May of 2002. It seemed that AMX did not know what to do with a check that I had sent them to pay a bill. So they declared my account in default. Then they found the check, and refused to correct the situation. I terminated my business with them immediately.
There is a direct correlation between a company's involvement in supporting "diversity" agendas and decline in that company's quality of service. AT&T, MCI WorldCom, Wells Fargo, and Chase Bank are further examples.
It's a PR issue. There is nothing that says we have to shop there.
This story is just a couple of weeks old but the Costco employee was fired over a year ago. What's up with that?
Where's the aclu?
