Illegal, immoral, unbelievable. Come on President Bush and
the Republicans. Don't you know that creating semi-citizen is those things and was tried before in the Roman Empire. It didn't work.

In Y2K and 2004, most Americans held their nose and chose between the lesser of two evils.

And THIS is what we wind up with.

The triumph of the mob is just as evil a thing as the triumph of the plutocracy, and to have escaped one danger avails nothing whatever if we succumb to the other. In the end the honest man, whether rich or poor, who earns his own living and tries to deal justly by his fellows, has as much to fear from the insincere and unworthy demagog, promising much and performing nothing, or else performing nothing but evil, who would set on the mob to plunder the rich, as from the crafty corruptionist, who, for his own ends, would permit the common people to be exploited by the very wealthy. If we ever let this Government fall into the hands of men of either of these two classes, we shall show ourselves false to America's past. Moreover, the demagog and the corruptionist often work hand in hand. There are at this moment wealthy reactionaries of such obtuse morality that they regard the public servant who prosecutes them when they violate the law, or who seeks to make them bear their proper share of the public burdens, as being even more objectionable than the violent agitator who hounds on the mob to plunder the rich. There is nothing to choose between such a reactionary and such an agitator; fundamentally they are alike in their selfish disregard of the rights of others; and it is natural that they should join in opposition to any movement of which the aim is fearlessly to do exact and even justice to all.

~ Theodore Roosevelt, 6th Annual Message to Congress, December 3, 1906

"The current immigration system isn’t “broken” or “failed;” it's just unenforced. Not unenforceable, mind you, just ignored. Americans don’t want so-called “immigration reform, they want strict enforcement of immigration laws, an end to illegal immigration and amnesties, and an end to the rampant lawlessness engendered by politically-correct refusal to enforce our civil laws.

There's free food, subsidized housing, reduced mortgages, food stamps, free medical and education, reduced tuition and suspension of out of state tuition fees--all of this is your reward for breaking the law, but only if you aren't already an American. If you're an American, forget about it; you have to pay your way through life. This is your reward for obeying the law.

Americans have to pay full price for their education, medical care, homes, and on top of that, our taxes go to pay for criminals--that is what illegal aliens are, make no mistake: they are criminals--who get all of that for little or even for nothing. This makes it possible--even easy--for them to work for $10 an hour or less. How many of us could afford to work for peanuts IF our homes, medical, food and education were all paid for? I know that the bulk of our bills are student loans and medical; take away those bills and you take away 90% of our debt. And I know too many people my age in the same boat...so calling it a national epidemic is probably an understatement.

After all, we're the real Americans...that means we have to pay for things that immigrants--including/especially illegals--get for free so long as they have a pulse and a sob story."

Let's see now. We're going to cut Social Security for American citizens and workers. And we're going to give Social Security payments to illegal aliens -including those who have stolen Social Security numbers.

It appears that our leadership has gone insane.

This is simply crazy.

Loony.

Anybody supporting this idea needs to be driven from office, either by election or impeachment. My support for Bush is getting thinner every day. He is simply wrong and this issue and refuses to listen.

5,000 Forged IDs Seized in Sweep
NY Sun ^ | 12-08-2005 | DANIELA GERSON

Law enforcement officials yesterday announced the dismantling of a major fake identity-document ring - exposed in The New York Sun on Monday. But hours after the press conference, dealers were back selling fake green cards and driver's licenses on the same Queens avenue that had been targeted in the bust.

A 19-month undercover investigation by federal and local officials concluded this week with the seizure of more than 5,000 forged documents and the indictment of 21 individuals. Among those arrested was the dealer who last week sold this reporter a fake green card signifying permanent resident status.

The Queens district attorney, Richard Brown, pronounced the $1 million a year ring - which sold green cards, driver's licenses, and Social Security cards - out of business. "I think it's fair to say this particular operation, this enterprise, is effectively closed down," he said at a press conference yesterday.

Sure it is pal. Keep saying it enough and even you might believe it. In the meantime this noation is falling flat on it's face because of kissing bu++ of illegal aliens.

Quite frankly (for all you RNC lurkers reading this) the American Citizens have had a belly FULL of this Kr@p. Come the 2008 elections there are gonna be a LOT of ticked off American Citizens walking into those voting booths...

Keep giving away our future, just keep right on doing that, see what happens come the elections.

My wife got her notice of the annual "increase" in her Social Security payment. She gets $30 more due to inflation LESS a $40 increase in Medicare payment. Luckily we are not totally dependent upon SS, but how about the others less fortunate? Now Bush comes up with this? You can bet these illegals, because of their Third World environment back home, will need a lot more Medicare services once they are covered. The current SS retirees will get screwed over just as much as the taxpaying workers.

Bush proposed plans to "save" SS. He didn't get them passed, so I guess now he just intends to kill it instead. This sure as Hell will do it.

Another trap not so obvious in these Shamnesty plans is that once legalized, these people will move up the economic ladder, displacing higher paid Americans. And who will fill the vacuum of the lower-paid jobs just vacated? The next tsunami of illegals who will patiently wait for another "one-time" amnesty.

The real problem is that neither party wants to recognize the elephant in the living room: the corrupt oligarchy that rules Mexico. Until they are forced to clean up their act, by sanctions or otherwise, they will continue to use us as a relief valve and we will perpetually be the Dutch Boy trying to plug the dike. It's time we started leaning on them instead of being on the defensive.

Bush's apparent mental incapacity to grasp the enormity of public outrage at the invasion and plundering of our country by foreign invaders has a good chance of handing Congress back to the Dems, installing them in the White House, and totally undoing all the positive foreign policy actions of his administration in the Middle East.

Either he is simply stupid, or he is deeply indebted to the employers of cheap foreign labor - like McDonald's et al.

Illegal aliens who work under borrowed, stolen or fraudulent Social Security numbers could collect retirement benefits based on their illegal earnings as the result of a Bush administration plan.

So is Bush going to get away with stealing [more] money right out of your pockets and throwing it at the Illegal Mexicans and their extended Illegal families for votes?

Next, will Bush be proposing to take even more money from me and you to set up private retirement accounts for Illegals? Use taxpayer money to pay down payments on homes and businesses for Illegals?

Bush lies, Illegals thrive

Now I´m certain the only reason I voted for Bush was for the Supreme Court nominations. I hope I´m not disappointed in those. He has demonstrated consistently that he just doesn´t get it.
