They outlived their usefulness the day they bagen their investigation. It was nothing but a witch hunt.

Precisely!

If we for some reason are still afficted with "Charlie Brown Syndrome" and still want to believe that there is usefullness in ANY commission, then shame on us.

It tried to be a witch-hunt... but ended up an expensive whitewashing.

Make that a sanctimonious and expensive whitewashing. But then again, the loss of this commission could affect the nations unemployment rate.

Jamie Gorelick is sooooooo smart. She can solve all of the world's problems.

These ACTORS are not going to leave their little stage until the big hook comes out.

This is what the media does to the weak-willed. Give them a spotlight for their 15 minutes of fame and when the time runs out they flop around like fish washed up on shore.

Until then, they have to play this out as far as they can extend it.

It was never useful, except to a bucketful of cowardly politicians who are afraid to tackle hard jobs. The commission is an instrument of weakness.

The individuals who make up the commission were born useless.

"The individuals who make up the commission were born useless."

Many crooks defended by Ben Veniste would disagree with you............

I have always thought of the commission as kind of a running joke - albeit a bad one.

The one that really makes me wonder is Reagan's former SECNAV, John Lehman. Why is he a willing participant in that circus?

Well since we're starting to dig up stuff on the incompetence of the Clinton Administration, we'll quit now.

Ben Veniste wants an investigation into Able Danger. He's mad that they're still data mining to find terrorists and that troubles him greatly.

Any doubts as to what BenVeniste fears?

It happens all of the time. Doncha just love this corrupt "Two-Party Cartel".

The OMISSION commission outlived their usefullness and lost any integrity when Gorelick and BinViniste were appointed.

Yup!

As I understand, The Beast worked behind the scenes to get Jamie 'AL' Gorlic on the commission. Imagine that.

In the meantime we have Sandy Berger stuffing his Fruit of the Looms with documents related to 9-11. Imagine that.
