Al Franken is truly to be pitied. I turned on his show once, and he was slobbering a bowl of soup all over his face and onto the desk, and that weird woman was sitting next to him in some kind of Roseanneadana (my apologies to Gilda Radner) impression. I watched it for five minutes trying to wonder how anyone could stomach this kind of crap. He is truly pathetic.

I thoroughly enjoyed Mr. Fontova's story. The contrast between his experiences with real Americans and the hateful rantings of weird Al are striking.

I'm a Minnesotan. Since weird Al would like to be my next senator, I'd love to submit this to the Minneapolis Red Star and Sickle. Pigs would fly before they'd print it though. The truth isn't a real big selling point for them.
