please do a Catholic ping
I got the same b.s. response to an e-mail I sent 2 days ago. Lands' End is turning out to be a REAL disappointment. Just who do they think are going to buy the "holiday" stockings they have for sale? Or the "holiday" wreaths and boughs? Gimme a break!
I was never a Land's End customer. Strictly an LL Bean type for ourdoor wear.
Search is your friend
"Is there a Holiday named Holiday?"
Yes...........Billy Holiday. :)
Lands' End has landed on it's end. And so ends my end at Lands' End.
The End.
IIRC, Lands' End is a sponsor of Garrison Keillor's left-wing pap; quite enough reason for me to give them zero consideration as a vendor.
While picking up Chinese take out last evening, the bright young gal that waited on me smiled brightly and said, "Merry Christmas." Made my evening. But, I thought to myself how she could never utter those words to her customers in China...and just maybe in her adopted country, America, in a few years, Merry Christmas won't be allowed here either.
>>Lands' End is a sponsor of Garrison Keillor
Was just about to say that. This one's for Garrison:
"Oh, hear that ol' piano, from down the avenue. I smell
the bull----, I look around for you..." :)
No kidding, can you imagine how confusing that would be??? But, if the few non-believers, non christians have their way, there will be!!!
The Target stores in my area, south suburbs of Chicago, are hurting for business!!! It's working!!!!
They have an email form on their site, but no email addy to write to directly!
,,, give your credit card a holiday at home this year. It's turned up for work at Landzend for the last time.
please... email landsend@landsend.com or phone them. Venting your spleen here will make us all love you, but it won't help the Culture War being waged on Christians.
First your holiday, then your head!
Use your influence and your rights while you still have them.
I sent out this link to some friends, one wrote me back & said she has already written Lands End quite an email, said her husband used to buy his shirts, a dozen at a time there & she told them NO MORE! So, send this link to everyone in you email!
