Funny... I hadn't heard that before.

I checked out the location of those marks in the ground. I fly over that area all the time and I'm going to have to check it out.

Check out google earth at those coordinates, and note the airport to the SW of those signs. I've been trying to find out what airport that is, but no luck so far.

On Mapquest, it shows nothing there at all. Nearest town is Trujillo, NM about 5 miles to the west.

Maybe Travolta flies his 707 in there.
