India is always institutionally critical of Pakistan.
Keep it in mind. Also keep in mind the US CIA is often inept.

LOL!
"According to a report appearing in The Tribune newspaper, former Dutch Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers, is named as the source of this startling, but unimpeachable source of information."
Hmmm. And see what's been happening in Holland recently. Would Holland like to depend on the EU Army solely for protection in the near future?

"it is a typical India Vs Pakistan BS"
Thank you for bringing that to our attention. History with regards to India and Pakistan makes such stories much more understandable. It is apparently an article written in appeal to strong (and understandable) emotions, along with a possible intent on the part of one writer for India to get more friendly with countries other than the USA.
There are people who want security from assassins and conquerors. There are other people who want their empires and colonies of the past. By those differences, it seems that we should know who to trust. But many writers in western Europe and other places have been disseminating for years that we in the USA want "empire." ...projections of their own desires onto us?
