Hate to tell you this, but there are a lot of people who are paralyzed but can still feel. They aren't numb at all, just not in control of their limbs. I know some who have had children the normal way. If they aren't married, some of them get terribly miserable and frustrated. So the fact that this guy can't move enough to masturbate like any other unmarried guy would do does not mean that he doesn't have feelings.
