Woodward told FOX News last Thursday that, "People want reporters to use information as a political weapon. I won't do that. I'm just trying to find out what happened, and report it as accurately as possible."
Woodward, though never politically neutral, has retained the ethical standards and attempted objectivity that were in place at the Post and other establishment media 30-plus years ago when he started his career. The current MSM, led by the New York Times, has become a "political weapon."

Woodward was and remains a one trick pony. 30 years is a long time to wait for another scoop.

They still had a better week than Scooter Libby, who was indicted when Woodward dodged the Special Prosecutor.

He has to operate under the rules that govern the rest of the staff -- even if he's rich and famous. What's that I smell....a whiff of sheer unadulterated jealousy?

Wow. First the NY Times and its "star" Judith Miller, and now the Washington Post and its "star" Bob Woodward. Rove's plan to destroy the socialist "mainstream" news media is proceeding exactly as planned. (Grinning and wringing hands.) Do you think? I sure hope you are correct, but they are still spewing forth their RAT lies and proclaiming themselves as TRUTH TELLERS. Repubs have to hit back and I am sure glad to see Cheney out their swinging - keep it up DICK! It is fairly rotten to hear these Dim talk about Cheney's five deferments, but support their boy CLINTOON who was a REAL DRAFT DODGER. Cheney had kids. CLINTOON was in "school".
