Great link full of bad news.

We have only had 2 months with 70+ attacks PER DAY, prior to May of this year. From May - Oct, we have had SIX straight months with 70+ attacks PER DAY. In fact, September and October where the highest EVER 90 and 100. We are talking 90 and 100 attacks every stinking day. Before September we had a maximum of 77.

The 8 months prior May/05 68 average attacks per day.
The last 6 months its been 78 per day!
That comes out to 2040/month before May
and 2340/month after May
The last two months 2850 average of Sept. and Oct.

IN other words the attacks against our troops have increased by 40 percent in the last 2 months over the months prior to May/05.

This is reflected in the fact that for the first time, coalition KIA have been 80+ in 4 out of 6 months with this month looking to be rough also.

Then there is this.

While the last two months have seen the absolute highest number of attacks on U.S. Troops, the number of Iraqi troop/police KIA has fallen - from 282 in August, 233 in September, 215 in October, so far only 89 this month .... a month in which American troops have already lost 65!
Whose country is this anyway. On whose shoulders should most of the fighting be?

These last figures, are troubling, in light of this video of Iraqi Police very possibly assisting in ambushing our forces ....

We must change our tactics and our strategy and the way we work with Iraq. Our forces are getting hit more, we are losing more men, our forces are not being increased nor are the enemy forces decreasing.

All the while, our President refuses to attack the terrorists in Syria and Iran, where they comfortably regroup reequip and reenter Iraq and kill our troops.

On Friday Oct 28 President George W. Bush called Iran and Syria "outlaw regimes" saying countries that support terrorism are just as guilty of murder as those who commit the violence.
"We're determined to deny radical groups the support and sanctuary of outlaw regimes. State sponsors like Syria and Iran have a long history of collaboration with terrorists and they deserve no patience from the victims of terror,"

Time to stop the talk and start the WALK ... Mr. President!

Get back on the offensive and get WW2 on these scum.

They enemy is escalating to try and prevent the process from going on...the elections. They are getting more and more desperate. More of them are dying as well which is not indicated in the facts and figures you document.

Many more Iraqi soldiers and civilians are dying than American...the Iraqis have been and are defending their nation and their efforts and their efficiency is increasing.

The President, although prosecuting parts of it different than perhaps you and I would (but he is alos privy to much more info than you and I are) has led our forces as CINC to a pretty dramatic victory and historic set of circumsatnces in Iraq.

The media will never report this...but it is so. I expect that processs, as evidenced by the list of accomplishements at the beginning of this thread, will continue through to completion.

...and that list does not cinlude similar progress and historic events in Afghanistan or the unilateral surrender of Lybia in this same effort.

13. Given us a possible long term location for a badly needed base on the Continent of Asia. Today, we are overreliant on islands off of the Asian continent for our forward deployment needs.
