Now I understand why retired San Francisco talk show host Jim Eason called him George Step in awful stuff.

(Jim was the first to call for the impeachment of Clinton. He did it on Jan. 20th, 1993, it may have been the next day but I think that it was the 20th.)

Media Shenanigans PING

George "Miss Molly" Stephanopoulos: In a nationally televised address on Oct 7, 2002, President Bush warned of "the threat gathering against us" from Iraq, adding: "Facing clear evidence of peril, we cannot wait for the final proof - the smoking gun - that could come in the form of a mushroom cloud."

Asked if he thought Bush had flat-out lied in statements like that, Stephanopoulos said Bush "certainly exaggerated beyond reason."

How about this, "Miss Molly": President Bush warns of "the threat gathering against us" from the Muslim world, adding: "Facing clear evidence of peril, we cannot wait for the final proof - the smoking gun - that could come in the form of an airliner plunged into an American scyscraper.

All I had to do was change a couple of words in Bush's "exaggerated beyond reason" statement.

So now it's clear: George Stephanopoulos advocates waiting until AFTER the suitcase nuke to take action, just as we waited until 3000 were dead on September 11, 2001. Freaking pillow-biting sissy.

Gads! The MSM trees are heavy with fruit today. Spin cycle coming!

I remember distinctly that Iraq was not billed as an imminent nuclear threat. Iraq was painted, accurately, as a clear and present danger. Saddam Hussein's determined attempts over the decades to obtain nuclear weapons was given as evidence of the danger he posed.

Stephanie is using hyperbole to cast the aluminum rod and yellowcake uranium evidence as Bush claiming mushroom clouds would immediately be coming from Iraq. Bush never said that, and nobody truly believes that Saddam would not continue to present a nuclear threat if he remained in power today.

Throwing down this BS is like swatting at flies around the cow chip. Bush, Rove and the RNC need to bury the damn "Bush lied" cow chip, or throw a few more "Clinton lied" and "Kerry lied" chips in until the lying game stinks up America so much it isn't politically productive to play it.

FEB. 17, 1998 SPEECH TO THE PENTAGON --

Clinton furthered explained that:

Iraq "admitted, among other things, an offensive biological warfare capability, notably, 5,000 gallons of botulinum, which causes botulism; 2,000 gallons of anthrax; 25 biological-filled Scud warheads; and 157 aerial bombs. And I might say UNSCOM inspectors believe that Iraq has actually greatly understated its production. . . .

"Over the past few months, as [the weapons inspectors] have come closer and closer to rooting out Iraq's remaining nuclear capacity, Saddam has undertaken yet another gambit to thwart their ambitions by imposing debilitating conditions on the inspectors and declaring key sites which have still not been inspected off limits . . . .

"It is obvious that there is an attempt here, based on the whole history of this operation since 1991, to protect whatever remains of his capacity to produce weapons of mass destruction, the missiles to deliver them, and the feed stocks necessary to produce them. The UNSCOM inspectors believe that Iraq still has stockpiles of chemical and biological munitions, a small force of Scud-type missiles, and the capacity to restart quickly its production program and build many, many more weapons. . . .

"Now, let's imagine the future. What if he fails to comply and we fail to act, or we take some ambiguous third route, which gives him yet more opportunities to develop this program of weapons of mass destruction and continue to press for the release of the sanctions and continue to ignore the solemn commitments that he made? Well, he will conclude that the international community has lost its will. He will then conclude that he can go right on and do more to rebuild an arsenal of devastating destruction. And some day, some way, I guarantee you he'll use the arsenal. . . .

Stephanopolous should be an expert on misleading people. He was a key player in misleading the voters about Bill Clinton's numerous affairs with various women. The most prevalent one being Jenifer Flowers. He knew that she was telling the truth and that Clinton was lying. He probably arranged the famous 60 Minutes appearance of Bill and Hillary that created enough koolaid drinkers for Bill to win the election. But true to form Bill couldn't contain himself even in the Oval Office and even with a woman young enough to be his daughter. And true to form, Stephanopolous continued follow him around with the toilet tissue to clean up Bill's messes. Now Stephie thinks that he is a serious journalist. What a joke. He remains a serious Democrat and nothing more.

Isn't this the same Clinton who bombed an aspirin factory in 1998, because he "thought" the owner had ties to Osama bin Laden? Which event, by the way resulted in an UNCONTESTED $50 million lawsuit against the U.S. of A. by the owner of the pharmaceutical company because his company was unnecesarily blown to smitherines...

Good analysis. Between the time that Pres.Bush went to the UN and the actual war began, Saddam and his minions (helped by the French, Germans, & Russians) had six months to bury and transport out WMD evidence. Meanwhile WMDs and material to make WMDs have been found in Iraq. Why isn't that acknowledged clearly by the Bush Administration? Why aren't they straightening out the Public on these lies told by the MSM and the Dems. Very confusing, frustrating, sickening.

Is That Elanor (needs her) Clift diddled? Sorry, there are some things nobody is willing to do, at any price. But, I'll bet its the only way she can wipe the scowl off her face.

George Steppedincrapoulos is nothing but a little gerbil that is firmly implanted up Bill Clinton's ass. While watching his show on Sunday I noticed that his facial features resembled a rat when it sniffs through garbage. He must be suffering from overexposure to the rancid odor of Bill's ass.
