That may be true,but this story's appearance in a German publication represents criticism by Germans as well as Ratner.

Well, I just MIGHT have some respect for the author's opinion if he had actually READ the Geneva Conventions that apply!!

A clue:

Most apply to SOLDIERS of an organized Army (to include militias!)

the rest apply to CIVILIANS.

Terrorists are neither - thus - THEY DON'T APPLY!

Is it really that hard to understand? Or are you really just stuck on stupid?? (the author, not the poster!!)
