Their drivers licences used to say White back when drivers licenses could say such things.

Why are none of the Palestinian terrorists Christian? Very early on in the conflict, some of them actually were.

Uh...wasn't a disabled woman set on fire, or something? I seem to recall reading that last week... Yes, and an old man beaten to death.

If they're hispanic, that means Spanish, and Spanish are white, sooo.... It's either that or Native American, or "Creole". They shouldn't get their own special genus Hispanic does not mean Spanish. Spanish means a person from Spain.
Most hispanics are of combined Spanish and Indian descent or just of pure Indian descent. A minority of hispanics are purely Caucasians - these are folks who have direct ancestry from the original Spanish colonizers. Argentina, however, is majority Caucasian for the same reason.

Wow, my head is swimming. I recall reading a textbook on Mexican history. I believe they have 8 racial classes - I don't even remember the names of them all. Pure Spanish, Black-Spanish, Black-Spanish-Indian, pure Indian, and so on.

Yeah, they've simplified it a lot. Most of them are just called Meztizo. There is discrimination in Latin America too, with the Caucasians being at the top of the heap as well as being the better off segment of the population. That's why you don't see too many Caucasian Mexicans sneaking into the US.
Turn on any spanish-language soap opera and you'll notice that most of the actors are Caucasian too (unless they are playing a maid!).

Interesting. I know Brazil has a large German population that huddle in one small area of the nation. Are they prominent in society there? I also heard that if you want to find a nation that really persecutes its aboriginals look no further than Brazil. "
I had to laugh because CNBC had a special on Brazil as an emerging economy. At one point they explained how mercenaries (I don't know what else to call them) go to the edges of the forest, where poor farmers live, push them out at the gun, and basically take their land. I'm sorry, but a nation with virtually no rule of law is not a good place to invest one's money.

I don't know about the Germans in Brazil, but most European sub-populations are well off.
I think "emerging economy" is the new euphemism for "third world country". Brazil is probably the poorest country in South America. Crime is running rampant. Did you hear about the recent vote where the people voted to have the right to keep their guns?

No. But I don't blame them.
