This is because nearly all of the money has been going to Hitlery -- allowing this screaching lunatic to be DNC chairman was just part of the Klintoons' plan to destroy him as a rival.

Seems like we always hear this. But somehow they compete.

Do we have a shot at stopping Hillary in 2006 and / or 2008? She can get so much momentum behind her that she becomes invincible, what with Slick Willie as a husband, don't you think? Giuliani's polling within striking range for the NY Senate seat, but will he even run? Meanwhile, Condi Rice won't run, will she?

That massive imbalance has caught the attention of Democratic leaders, who are worried the party will suffer as a result in the 2006 midterm elections. How can that be since they swept New Jersey and Virginia?

Wow, it's a good thing that the GOP is horribly out of favor and got shelled in last Tueday's election, otherwise the GOP would be ahead 4-1 or more!

The fact that money isn't going to the DNC leads me to believe that it's going straight to Hitlery.
As for Condi Rice, the only person really pushing her candidacy is Dick Morris. Morris is a long time Klintoon insider, the fact that they didn't destroy him after he "betrayed" them leads me to believe that he is still doing their bidding.
I think the very best GOP candidate in 2008 is George Allen with possibly Rice or Guiliani as his running mate.

hahahahahaha
The REAL story of how and why Dean lost the 2004 primaries has to do with how he misused his early fundraising lead on mis-placed advertising.... he ran out of gas at the wrong time, after wasting almost $50 million early.
so, smile and know that this coming train wreck can be predicted.

That's exactly it. These clowns thought Dean would raise beaucoup bucks in the Chairman's position because he did it in his Presidential campaign. I'm not sure who I like more, Dean or Terry McAuliffe. Both have been good for the Republican cause.

As DFU stated, George Soros has mucho dinero available to be used for the Dems. (DFU said billions.) We should not be comforted by the above. We need to keep giving and supporting the GOP.

They 'swept' those two states about as well as they did in 2001. Given that in 2001, it was right after 9/11 and Bush had 80% approval ratings, and now he is in the dumps comparatively ... maybe it tells you not to read too much into those results nationally.

How can that be since they swept New Jersey and Virginia? You mean the fact that they were able to keep the status quo in New Jersey and LOST the Lt. Governor's post in Virginia?
I remember how everyone was saying after the governors races were lost in 2001 in NJ and VA that the 'Rats would retake the House and get a clear majority in the Senate in 2002; however, the GOP won bigtime in 2002.

Point being - the Dem party is in bad shape, but liberal special interest groups are as flush as ever.

Or ? perhaps ? the Democratic Party, the D.N.C., the Liberals, the MSM are losing steam , influence, reverence with the American people ?.... just a thought.

LOL. I wish more Freepers understand how you understand it.
The handwringing and weeping would be hilarious if it weren't so serious.
