Any Mooslims in China? President Bush is going to have a tough time convincing the Chinese that Islam is a "religion of peace".

This was your first post on this thread. I don't care if you're new or old. IMO, it was posted only to incite and to bash, and not to comment on the issue that the thread was discussing.

For the record, if you just signed on and do this kind of thing, you are more suspect. Dem infiltrators do exactly the same thing.

I'm going to repeat, I don't question your Christianity. I don't know you. But I do know, as much as a human can know, that President Bush IS a Christian. He is my brother in Christ.

I do not think that Islam is 'a religion of peace' nor do I believe that Christians and Muslims worship the same God, but President Bush, as PRESIDENT, can't very well say what Christians all know, can he? Expecting him to do so, and attacking him for being diplomatic, is not legitimate. And coming on a thread discussing the fact that the President has shared his faith with the leaders of China, and is working toward freedom of religion for them, is even more inappropriate.

I too, am more conservative than the President is, but that doesn't mean that I don't understand how much he is doing for conservatism, and how much he is moving the country to the right, morally and politically.

Thanks for the compliments on my homepage. I've never been prouder of anyone in my life than I am of my son. He signed up for the Army Reserves (at the age of 17) two weeks before 9/11, and when the attacks occurred, he knew exactly what he had signed up for. He spent 15 months in Iraq in 2003-4, and this family has more respect for the mission there, and for this strong and courageous Commander in Chief than we have ever had for a President.

You are unhingged.

What the "man" says is relevant to this post. It is disappointing you are unable to understand the subtleties and not so sublease. But that's your problem.

Can you please define 'unhingged?' I don't believe I've ever heard the word, so I'm not sure if it applies to me or not....

I do know that I'm very calm and quite sane, though. Is that relevant?

btw, did you read the article?

Yes, China has Muslims.

After the communists took over Islam was not labelled a counter-revolutionary foreign religion, as was Christianity.
