Just out of curiosity, do you intentionally misread posts before you reply to them? I'm baffled by your defense of Walmart's pricing when it's not their pricing in question in my post.
Walmart has targeted specific groups. If you want high end electronics, Walmart is not the place to shop. Same for designer clothes. I've checked out my local Walmart and can't find any shoes in the $200 - $500 range - they're just not there. It's not a place to find high end shoes. Or electronics.
Here's another example. Walmart carries a type of "caviar". Fish eggs if you will. I think they sell for $5.99 for an ounce. Now if you complained that this is not as good as an Imperial Reserve Iranian caviar taken from Acipenser pericus, a sturgeon from the Caspian Sea, you would be right. But I still wouldn't get your point. Walmart isn't selling a jar of fish eggs for $5.99 and telling you it's the same as an ounce of the "better stuff" that cost $205 an ounce. They're selling you the $5.99 stuff that would cost you $6.50 at a different store. It seems so easy to understand.
I don't know why you don't "get it",
Here's my suggestion to you. Don't shop for high end items at bargain basement type stores, and don't shop for low price at exclusive boutique type stores.
