Why not just radio the train to stop?

Because you aren't as likely to get your chase footage onto the COPS show.........

But yeah, I agree...we could really use an amendment that would require Congress to repeal 2 laws for every one that they pass, for maybe the next 100 years or so.

Yep, my dad was named Alfredo Sanchez and he was as legal as it comes. Don't let spanish surnames fool you. One of the big republicans in Ventura County has the last name of "Becerra".
