The small town I lived in about 15 miles from the Detroit city limits closed ALL ROADS leading into the town during the Detroit Riots with armed men and cars. You had to stop and speak politely to get in.
That depends what state you live in and what time of day it is.

No. I'm saying it is a fiction to claim or even to give citizenship to those that do not belong to a people.(If one can still call the French a "People.")To put it another way it is a mere legality to call the rioters citizens. There is no substance to such a use of the term.

When Spain expelled the Muslims before, Belgium was known as the Spanish Netherlands. Now Spain belongs to the EU, and therefore takes orders from bureaucrats in Brussels, who would never permit the expulsion of Muslims.
Great history lesson beltfed, but I think you might have erred on the above factoid. If memory serves me correctly, libs invented the designated hitter rule in order that Hank Aaron (a member of one of our more vocal minorities) could stay in the batting order hitting home runs until he surpassed the home run record of legendary Babe Ruth (white guy) and became the new home run champ. Shortly after breaking the Babe's record, Hank Aaron summoned a press conferance to announce that our racist president (Nixon) had failed to call and offer him congratulations. To my knowledge however no one in the media ever bothered to point out that the Babe's record was achieved without the aid of a designated hitter rule.
