"I'm sure the court didn't want to go through the hassle, and neither did I, for what amounted to just a prank," Smith said. Seems more like a hate crime to me. Thirty years is in order.

That's one reason I like zabasearch. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, but if you have first, last, middle initial, state, and age - you can hunt almost anyone up.
Then you can call, write, or visit and let them know what you think.
America is a lot more polite when you can ring a doorbell and voice your concerns - or pull a "prank" of your own, IMO.

Who dat?

So if Smith was hit in the face with a tofu cream pie by Ann Coulter, he'd just shrug it off as a "prank?" If that punk smeared me with tofu I'd kick his goatsmelling, hippie @$$.

I'd toss Tofu too! If you fed it to me. At least I'd toss it where it belongs --

A proper punishment would have been bombarding the scumbag with fresh and juicy cow pies.

I don't know,..... a bucket of pig slop just might be a little more aromatic and longer lasting.

Oh yes, say from about 100 pigs and been fermenting in the hot summer sun of Kentucky.

And then reheated just prior to executing the punishment, of course.

He must not have been a good Lefty. First, he got caught, and second, he admitted guilt.

Can you actually get a cream pie anywhere? A banana cream pie, yes. A chocolate cream pie. A coconut cream pie. But just a plain old cream pie? I don't think I've ever seen one.

Smith said Friday afternoon he decided to plead guilty just to get the case over with. If this is true, the judge can't accept a plea deal. A person can't say, "I'm pleading guilty, but I'm not really guilty." But why take a plea on a crime that was committed in front of 2500 witnesses?????
