After the hurricane reporting...

This reporting was the last, last straw for me too. Every time I see one of those "reporters' now, I change the channel or turn the sound off, and just use CC.

You'd think the leftist press would lay off sooner or later...before this goes cataclismic.

The cynical man could envision the Bush admin failing to avert just one terrorist plot and instantly reinvigorating its' public opinion dynamics.

You'd think they'd understand how dangerous this game is...

...maybe they truly are cornered and wounded.

... oh wait, that was Bill Clinton and every Senate Democrat in Dec 1998.

What was the real reason ... it had to be Lewinsky related, or was it the impeachment hearings? I've forgotten the time lines on the Clinton scandals and the subsequent cover-up ... or, the attempt to divert attention by bombing someone.

I hear you. I used to scream at Meet the Press and the other Sunday morning wrestling shows. At some point, the absolute stupidity of these clueless people just became laugh-out-loud funny. It's amazing how divorced from reality they have become.

The Left is losing power so quickly that they must come after us. They are not gonna go quietly into the night. Get ready for the fight of a lifetime.

I second your opinion.

Thanks for the ping. I love intelligent writers, don't you? And I never tire of looking at the red state vs. blue state map.

Excellent writing. Good to see that the craft is still out there and doing well. This was a joy to read.

Thanks for pinging me to this article...it is one of the best I have read about Bush's presidency vs. MSM!!!

Perfect...and this was written before this last week, when ANWR was voted in to allow drilling...and the across the board spending cuts!!!

I would say that Bush IS doing much better than even I give him credit for....and I am a Bush-bot!!! LOL

In fact I'd like for the republican talking heads and congressmen (other than for personal defense like Delay) to try an experiment. Refuse to go on any news show -even Fox - I'm tired of the media talk circles with just one token conservative in the bunch, and their saying they're being fair. Let's just shut them out and let them talk stupid to themselves.
Make the media talk just to themselves and watch them implode even faster. They will sound ridiculous without any counterpoints from our side. They might even be forced to make some of our points for us. If Bush is going to turn the other cheek, let's all do it. I'm not afraid of the media. I don't know of any president they have ever elected.
Besides I'd rather our guys shut up than appear so mealy-mouthed on TV. The only other alternative is for the RNC to hire Zell Miller full time for all talk show responses. I'd love to see that. Go Zell; old Georgia boy here.

Certainly puts it in perspective! I must say I was frustrated (normally I don't get frustrated) after watching that segment.
