This one has some uses. Can you imagine what the Russians could have done with Viper Strike at Beslan? More dead jihadis, fewer dead children.
Precision-guided MLRS rounds made Tal Afar into a disaster for the Jackass Zarquawi jihadis this year. This would mean you'd have to have your hostages in the same room with you, even if you're profaned by being with a woman, Ahmed, because if you don't, Mr. Viper Strike will pay a call.
