I wish they would be asked what those most fundamental rights are. Are they the right to property? Well, five "mainstream" justices took that away. WOuld it be the right to free political speech? That was shot down.
I would like to know if, to them, fundamental rights consist of anything more than the right to deviant sex and the right to kill the unborn.

And how did the witch celebrate Halloween?

"...closely examining and scrutinizing Judge Alitos record to determine whether he merits a seat on the highest court in the nation."
HA! That will be an easy one. This will come back to haunt her. It's all a theatrical game. She waits in the wing to strike, and her co-actors Reid and Schumer are already on stage with their wooden swords.
Bill: "Temperament, Hillary, temperament."

This isn't Senator Clinton speaking, It's her alter ego, Hillary'08!
To: areafiftyone
Yo, Hill. Many of us still have serious questions whether you have the qualifications and can steadfastly protect our most fundamental right. Oh, never mind, you and Bubba have already proved you can't.

I hope she does, then we will be rid of her.Are you saying that her running in '08 would allow us to get rid of her? If so,I have four words for you...
John Kerry.....Teddy Kennedy.

Good questions that need to be asked.

That is about to happen here in Tulsa. It appears some farmer is about to lose his farmer for a privately developed bridge in South Tulsa, so that land developers and Home builders can make a buck.

...our most fundamental rights...
Newspeak for abortion. Why is abortion among "our" most fundamental rights?

"I intend to closely examine Judge Alitos record and qualifications and carefully monitor the Judiciary Committee hearings in order to determine whether he intends to be a guardian of the rule of law who puts fairness and justice before ideology." Shouldn't he be a guardian of the constitution Hillary? We don't need anyone in the judiciary who thinks they can make law in spite of it. We have enough liberal judges who do that already.

Big Italian vote in NY. Hillary better be careful. Her opponent is also Italian (at least by marriage).

You beat me to it. Your Descronifricator Truth Detector must be a faster, more up to date model than mine.Perhaps, but it's probably more because Hitlery and Chuckie are my do nothing senators who can only say or vote No now that they are in the minority.

What we currently know about Judge Alito raises serious questions about whether he will be steadfast in protecting our most fundamental rights
People of Philadelphia, you can sleep tonight. It appears her spectacledness and democrat company have uncovered a closet Nazi on the bench of the 3rd Circuit Court.

question....who the hell would ever satisfy a bunch
of negative Senators that call themselves - Democrats?
they are insincere, ego driven. hate anyone who votes
Republican, caters to Blacks for vote. then forgets them,
adore a lyng, perverted ex-President..etc. Jake
To: yldstrk
Woops, I meant "hangs". Won't be the last time Hil's name and the word "hags" are used in the same sentence.

...so that my colleagues and I can fully discharge our constitutional mandate of providing the President with meaningful 'advice and consent' on his nomination."Just your consent,if you please, senator. The advice has been taken care of.
