Hi Dolly. Got our costumes (ending up going to a friend's shop) Poor Mr. D. said I could choose anything I wanted for him. Oops... (father/mother? earth) LOL. Will post picture tomorrow (OR tonight depending on when we get in)

Timid retiring souls may liberate all their pent-up complexes in one mad evening at a costume ball. The man who would be King can satisfy bis ambition. The schoolgirl can emulate her favorite film star. Superheroes, soldiers and fantasy are all possibilities
One's temperament would naturally determine one's choice of costume. Carmén, Cleopatra, Queen Elizabeth, Mary Stuart, Du Barry, the Angel Gabriel, Mephistopheles, Bonny Prince Char-lie, a Doge of Venice, a Chinese Mandarin, a Prince of India, a Malay savage, an Esquimo, Ganymede, Ceres, Janus, Proserpine, a kangaroo, a Chinese pheasant, a Sacred Ox, a fountain dripping with jeweled water, snow, hail, twilight, moonbeam, starlight, the Signs of the Zodiac, Goliath and David, Sohrab and Rustum, Héloïse and Abélard, the Last Duchess, the Princess, Evangeline,—there is endless variety.
A famous favorite Ball of mine is from the recent movie Phantom of the opera.. The music, the costumes, the drama… wonderful! 
OUR ball involves Freepers from all over the world…FReepers & Spooky critters
Some are arriving now. And some from out of town are coming. So grab your costume.. Our cyber Halloween ball is only as limited as your imagination, as is your costume….and the body it is in… as is your companion. I am still deciding between Mel & the Rock.

thanks.. actually it has been a series of nightmares (on elm street?)
The entire thread was blended w/trick treaters.. links... ball.. it just wouldn't format & I could NOT find what to do so just broke it apart. When I got home today, I couldn't open my photo program..
all is well.. canceled REAL date for tonight & will go get some food & come back & play some more. I am "pampering" my injuries from fall last Monday.

Take care of yourself Dolly. I wish I lived near you and I'd fun over some food for you. :) Get something good and fattening from Italian. :)
I don't know what I'm watching. I'm sure I'll find something on for a halloween scare tonight. I just want to skip the Halloweens and Friday 13th. I'd love to see Sixth Sense or something fun like that. Or an old good one! :)
