Well, being here illegally, being a non-citizen or even being dead isn't enough to prevent him from turning out to vote in the next election.
The only way to get these dangerous illiterate SOBs off the road is to confiscate their cars if they are caught driving without a license. Fortunately, he hit the large school bus and not a family traveling in a car.

Four die in fiery truck-bus collision
(snip} HERTFORD – Four members of a Greensboro construction crew died in a fiery collision Monday morning when their truck rear-ended a Perquimans County school bus on U.S. Highway 17 near Hertford.
The bus was carrying approximately 40 school children, all of whom escaped uninjured after both vehicles caught fire, school officials said.
WRAL-TV in Raleigh identified those killed as Jose Davalos, Mardronio Ceballos, Javier Morales, and Francisco Fajardo.
No word if they were legal on not.
At least the illegal didn't get to walk away with the phony smile on his face, knowing he will get away with it "I no understanda, bery bery sorry" -he is dead and that is a good thing.
